Yearly physicals

Greetings, fellow crewmates!

It's that time of year again! Time for annual physicals! Now before you all bust into tears of joy, I should tell you that Starfleet, in its infinite wisdom, has added even more rules I have to follow, so I'll be asking a few more pointed questions than usual. Please be assured that it's nothing I can control, but I will treat doctor/patient privilege as sacrosanct. Please report to sickbay as soon as you are off-shift.
