Amid growing tensions, among Starfleet bureaucracy, about abuse of power and authority, the Admiral, Ongaku-Chi, in charge of the Starfleet Corps of Engineers, was demoted, and removed from several classified projects, and her status as the SCE Dispatching Officer held in bureaucratic suspense. Now-Commodore Ongaku-Chi was not available for comment.

The recent campaign against officers either abusing their power, or authority, or disobeying direct orders, led by Admiral Willoughby, and Commodore Watkins, has recently collected an interesting collection of names, and ranks spanning from Ensign through Admiral, and has even included the previous Commander of the frequently hard to get a hold of Starbase Typhon, who has since been replaced by the slightly demoted Commodore Ongaku-Chi.

In a move, likely slated to assist with overseeing this very issue, Starfleet's Theta Fleet, covering several task groups, reassigned it's Fleet Command to Starbase Typhon. Admirals Burke, Willoughby, Barclay, and Snu'Pi, as well as Commodore Watkins, and Albertson are expected to take office in the newly finished, soon to be fully active, Shipyard Athena One.
