New Exeutive Officer

Please welcome Lieutenant Commander Jack Tolgren to Typhon as our Executive Officer. This Commander has extensive command experience and shall add to the Sim greatly. We are very fortunate to have a Officer of this caliber with us. I look forward to working the Typhon with him.
