Code of Conduct

Created by Commodore Edward Fannin on Sun Nov 28th, 2010 @ 10:40pm

1. We're all adults here. That means that you will be expected to adhere to basic concepts of acceptable behavior found in Western English-speaking society. If you wouldn't do it in front of your mother or grandmother, there is no reason to assume it's okay to do it here.

2. We're all adults here. That means that we have the capacity to treat each other with a little basic dignity and respect. Translation: We do not discriminate based upon age (Providing you have reached the age of legal majority.), race (We're all humans so this should be a given.), sex (Your bits do not impress me. Keep them to yourselves.), physical ability (You may be able to leap tall buildings to avoid gremlin cannons and to save a litter of kitties. I don't want to know about it. - Charlie, this means you. No cat hero stories, they might make me smile...), sexual orientation (What goes on behind closed doors is your business. I don't want to know about your proclivities.), religion (What goes on behind closed doors is your business. I don't want to know about your proclivities.), political affiliation (What goes on behind closed doors is your business. I don't want to know about your proclivities.). The fact that I had to say this irks me, but apparently not saying means that some think they can get away with it. This policy does not only apply to accepting people to the sim. It applies to all people all the time. Learn it, love it, live it.

When in doubt, please see rules one and two. If not clarified by rules one and two, email the CO.

That is all.
