By order of Starfleet Command, Captain Jackson Hawkins has taken command of Starbase Typhon. Over the next several days, Captain Hawkins will be reviewing the operation of the entire base and making tough decisions. Department Heads are strongly encouraged to provide Captain Hawkins with a report to avoid a cut in resources or worse, a transfer.

Captain Hawkins has full intentions of transforming the leadership on Starbase Typhon into a responsive and effective institution designed to further the goals of the Federation. All non-essential personnel will be streamlined.
