Nominated by Commodore Edward Fannin 		Awarded to Commander Basil Hart for actions performed on starbase Typhon. His dedication to duty as the chief medical officer during a terrorist attack saved the lives of Four crew members who were severly injured one of them being the commanding officer. Starfleet recognises Commander Harts comitment to the fleet and awards the Humanitarian service ribbon.
