My visit to the doctor went better than expected, for weeks the pain in my legs had grown. I knew something was wrong and made the appointment. A day or two wouldn't hurt away from the station. regeneration surgery was quick and simple these days. I'm much better but have been cautioned not to run, or things may start coming apart! At least I can sleep soundly again... This week will be catch up week as I travel around touching base with staff and certain projects on the station.
