I arrived to starbase without much troubles. The main problems began as I was surveying the various areas of the ship. None of the science-based labs are completely functional yet, although I was under the impression that they would be upon my arrival. I had a talk with Lieutenant James Morris, the contractor for the Science Department. The reasons he gave me for the delay seem viable. I'm not mad at him and his builders...I'm just anxious to start researching on this marvelous base.
