Fannin took a break from the bridge and decided on a walk through the Arboretum and the main Promenade. The Flowers were in full bloom now and it smelled fantastic. The shops were busy with swarms of activity for this time of day. he stepped into a clothing shop and picked up some casual shirts for lounging around in his quarters and another shop was able to get a good pair of leather hiking boots from an over zealous Ferengi cobbler...

He walked into a interesting bookstore and browsed through the selection and picked up a worn copy of the October Horse. A few good journals were also grabbed for his coffee table collection. He was off to find some good coffee grounds to use while catching up on all this reading. Fannin was impressed to see the number of families together enjoying the grand open area, lots of stuff to do and see.

His mission ended he returned to the bridge to finish his shift, looking forward to and evening of reading and relaxation.
